Penelope J. Brown, RN, BS, CCM Health/Well Enterprises Ms. Brown is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience, with extensive background in multi-system trauma, occupational health & safety, utilization management and discharge planning. She obtained her BS degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Suma Cum Laude, from National University. She is a practicing independent Certified Case Manager, a member of the CMSA, and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants. Penelope provides consultation services in managed care processes, medical-legal issues, and health education programs. She is an instructor and advisor for UC Riverside Extension, and lectures throughout California.
Clarita G. Miraflor, RN, PhD, CHCQM Founder/President, Miraflor & Associates Dr. Miraflor's experience includes extensive teaching, leadership, consulting and management responsibilities.
